Cloud Technologies Ltd (“we”) uses this page to collect enquiries for SEO and Google Business Profile work. This notice explains what we do with that information.
What we collect
When you request a free audit or claim an offer, we collect your name, email, phone number, optional website, and any notes you send. We also store the page you came from, advertising click IDs (such as gclid), and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type so we can reply and measure our ads.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, send the audit, discuss a possible contract, and measure which adverts led to an enquiry. The legal bases are your consent (the form tick box) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We may use email and advertising providers (including Google) to deliver messages and measure conversions. They only process data for those purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or we need them longer for an active contract or legal claim.
Your rights
